Marjorie De Sousa Leaves Televisa: Actress Signs Deal With Telemundo

Marjorie de Sousa has been a topic of conversation this past year for her battle with Julián Gil over the amount of money the latter should give for child support. The Venezuelan beauty has now been confirmed to be signing a contract with Telemundo for multiple projects. According to a report on People En Espańol, magazine that the actress confides in for exclusives, the actress will be the lead in "Al Otro Lado Del Muero" which started filming today in Mexico.

Marjorie's last role in telenovelas was as Cristina on "Sueńo de Amor". She played an alluring woman with a powerful personality and an exposed kindness. She majored in pedagogy and came to Instituto Palacios to rescue it from the crisis since she is very skillful and successful. She is Oscars ex-wife and Abrils mother, who is her biggest love. She had a very complicated relationship with Óscar as he beat her up and looked down on her all the time; when she reported him, Óscar kidnapped their daughter just to hurt Cristina. Devastated, she gets off to a bad start with Ricardo, but over time, she begins to recognize a valuable man in him, who will help her recover Abril, but also, her smile.
