OPIS:
ALICE SANTOS is a force of Nature, young, beautiful, impetuous and adventurous, but also sweet, loving, unpretentious and tender. She loves children and she is equally caring with animals, especially horses. She dreams of becoming a veterinary since childhood and moves away from her hometown to fulfil her dream...

She then meets AFONSO MENEZES and it is love at first sight. Afonso proposes to Alice. Blissful and in love, Alice immediately accepts his marriage proposal.

During the wedding reception, Alice sees Afonso kissing her cousin, VERÓNICA SANTOS, an unscrupulous gold digger. Alice leaves her husband and flees, performing a spectacular escape, much to the wedding guests’ surprise.

Upon her arrival to Lisbon her attention is drawn by a horse riding competition. There, she meets HENRIQUE SACRAMENTO, the owner of one of the competing horses. JOAQUIM MESTRE, Susana’s grandfather and foreman at the Sacramento family’s Riding Centre realizes Alice has nowhere to go and asks her to spend the night by the horse’s side. She eventually concedes to his request and stays on. She ends up being hired as a trainer and, later on, she begins teaching children at the Riding Centre.

The proximity between Alice and Henrique grows, giving place to attraction. Henrique represents everything she doesn’t like in a man. He is a rich playboy and a diehard womanizer who is used to get all he wants, including women. He is not willing to give up and while Alice tries to repel him by all means, Henrique is determined to add her to his list of romantic conquests.

Once again, faith intervenes and, inevitably, they end up falling in love with each other...

Their relationship will be everything but peaceful. Henrique has his own personal dramas to deal with especially when he realizes he could lose Alice’s love to Afonso, the husband he had no idea that existed... Afonso is a nice, but he just made a big mistake by falling prey to Verónica’s arms. A mistake that can’t bring Alice to forgive so Afonso finds himself abandoned by his wife and humiliated.

Afonso won’t stop until he finds her. And she will have to trust love again and decide between two men.
